Flap Disc

Flap disc is an abrasive product designed for right angle grinding applications, consisting of overlapping abrasive  sheets bonded radially to a backing plate. Flap discs are an ideal product that combines rapid stock removal and grinding, blending and finishing operations in one product.

It is produced from special abrasive coated with aluminum oxide, zirconium and ceramic grain, with fiber and plastic base.
